Another good day. GREAT. Made up for that horrible weekend by now.
Had a heartier breakfast. Mostly because I didn’t have any milk or oatmeal. Yummy though!!
Salad for lunch. Greek salad with chicken breast. No dressing, just a squeeze of lemon and salt and pepper.
Miso soup snack!
Sushi dinner! Spicy tuna roll and avocado/yam roll. Yam is fried but I didn’t eat it all.
Grocery run after dinner! Stocked up on breakfast stuff for meee!
Walked another 2 miles today, along with the running around at work.
Tomorrow I’m going to do my body weight exercise at home circuit thing. Feel free to give me some suggestions of what I should do!
