Halfway through this week!

Another good day. GREAT. Made up for that horrible weekend by now.

Had a heartier breakfast. Mostly because I didn't have any milk or oatmeal. Yummy though!!

Salad for lunch. Greek salad with  chicken breast. No dressing, just a squeeze of lemon and salt and pepper.

Sushi dinner! Spicy tuna roll and avocado/yam roll. Yam is fried but I didn't eat it all.

Walked another 2 miles today, along with the running around at work.

Tomorrow I’m going to do my body weight exercise at home circuit thing. Feel free to give me some suggestions of what I should do!

  1. Burpees. V sit-ups. Jumping squats. Jumping lunges. (or just squats and lunges) Triceps dip off a bench or chair. Russian twists. planks on your hands while bringing your knees to the opposite elbow…. push ups of course! side plank dips.

  2. One of my favorite core exercises is to do a side plank with a hip drop. Or a good variation is to do a side plank, and move your back foot over your front foot and touch, then bring it back. Hurts so good afterward.
