Ah yes, Monday. The day where I make up for my bad weekend habits!
Woke up and had a “Reese’s Pieces and Sadness” protein shake. For my new readers that’s 1 scoop of chocolate protein, 1 tbsp low fat peanut butter and 1 cup almond milk. Around 200 calories, tastes like Reese’s! But, y’know, not candy.
Walked to work, and had a short day.

Ate this beaut! Grilled chicken, tzatziki, tomato, cucumber and lettuce on a hollow-ish multigrain/seed bun.
I then walked to grab laundry soap, and rosemary, and walked home.
I’ve also done a ton of housework. It’s funny, I never used to do a lot of housework because I could always find better things to do with my time, like lying on the couch. But now I love doing it because it’s just more exercise. I am all about laundry and lifting/cleaning around things.
I am quite content with today because I’ve gotten some exercise in and my calorie intake is immaculate. Go team.
Dinner is going to be steak kebabs marinated in balsamic vinegar, lemon, garlic and rosemary, with some veggie kebabs as well and roasted baby potatoes. Can I get a what-what?
No gym tomorrow as I’m heading to see my mother and visiting Granny in the olden tymes people home.

What is up with kids these days? Back in my day we were too busy spray painting obscenities on things to play sidewalk chalk.
Ahaha, it was actually part of a consignment store ad. They were having a “fill a bag for $10″ sale.
That sandwich looks so tasty I want to climb on in and take a nap under the lettuce!
I always manage to keep on my diet during the week but in the weekend it’s like all hell let’s loose hehe. Nice beaut by the way
