Today was a good day, I wanted to gym, but I ended up napping and woke up too late =/ My community centre is only open for 4 hours on Sunday, boo! I also lost my gym pass somewhere..they still let me in buy I have to by a replacement for $20, which is 1/2 of my monthly fee, rediculous
I got a good walk in today, headed to the grocery store and walked the route I walk TO work and back home. I was hoping to find my pass on the ground somewhere along that route but no. I guess I’ll have to pay them.
It was a 3 mile walk, and it is SO hot out for some reason, muggy too. 18 Celsius (64F) I’m not ready for warm weather yet! Especially with a big bag of groceries. Again, stupid Canadian springs
I always track my walks with this app called “endomondo” which tracks my speed and elevation via gps. I only use it for my walks, no runs or gym stuff.
So far this is what I’ve done since March 11th:
Total workouts: 44
- Burgers burned:12
- Total gas saved:1.37 gal
Not bad for just walking!
And now, I’m going to do these exercises, I don’t want to try and fumble around to some video right now. Then figure out dinner. I’m thinking salmon for me, chicken for him? Who knows I’ll figure it out.
