Happy Friday to those who have weekends off. Those who don’t, I’m so sorry. I know your pain. *bows head in moment of silence*
I feel much better today, went to bed early and had a good sleep. Woke up and had an egg white, chicken bacon, cheese and bagel thin sandwich. 304 calories!
Had some chana pindi for lunch, another new recipe we’re sampling.

With basmati rice and a nice raita esque yogurt sauce. About 450 Cal, but it was so tasty!
Made the prettiest greek salad.

I make these all the time, but this was particularly pretty today.

And sampled my new cucumber salad, I hope the clients like it!
I haven’t been to the gym in two days, and I feel guilty. I walked to work today, and I have to walk a bunch more to bank it up (like an adult!) and run some errands.
I’ll try to gym today, I want to.
I should. Motivate me!
